Marianne Maurin Kilroy has spent her life photographing people, places, products and interiors. A journalism graduate from the University of Kansas, her career has included experiences with daily newspapers, including the Kansas City Star, the Independence Examiner, the Lawrence Journal World and the Parsons Sun. She was a stringer for the Associated Press and a photo editor in the Los Angeles Bureau. She was a staff photographer and columnist for Touring Times Magazine; Audio Visual Producer for Rural Route Tours; and pursued commercial photography with Rush Studio as well as her own studio. 

The majority of her work is created for marketing campaigns for businesses and non-profits. Her publishing company, Donnelly-Kilroy Publications, has published 14 books including: The Invisible Riptide and in February, 2022, From Surviving to Vibing, Filling in the Gaps.
